LIMITED WARRANTY TO OUR REPLACEMENT AUTO GLASS CUSTOMERS

Rochester Auto Glass warranties its workmanship for up to one year:

If your automobile glass has been replaced by Rochester Auto Glass with a new replacement, your new replacement glass is warranted to the original purchaser only as follows: (1) for a period of fifteen (15) days after installation if your glass develops a stress crack. The determination as to whether damage constitutes a stress crack will be made solely by Rochester Auto Glass; and (2) for a period of twelve (12) months after installation for poor workmanship. Poor workmanship means conditions and damage resulting solely from the installation process of Rochester Auto Glass and does not include manufacturing or design defects in the glass or related parts or any damage not caused by Rochester Auto Glass. Rochester Auto Glass makes no other warranties and, except as expressly stated in this limited warranty.

For all vehicles that are more than two (2) years old as of the date of service, YOU ASSUME THE RISK for any and all damage to the following, pre-existing vehicle components during any service performed by Rochester Auto Glass:

  1. Cowls
  2. Cowl clips
  3. Wiper arms
  4. Side and top moldings

Additionally, Rochester Auto Glass disclaims all liability for visible primer that may need to be applied due to unavoidable scratches to the pinch weld that may occur during the extraction of the windshield.
